I have just watched a documentary that inspire and moves you in many ways.
It's about helping people in whatever way you can, and give hope to others.
It gives you perspective about your own life and the will to help. My friend/employer gave me this tip and it was a great one indeed.

I recomment this very much, and perhaps you shold keep some handkerchiefs nearby.. just in case you are like me :)
